PITTSBURGH—YWCA Greater Pittsburgh’s Young Leaders Board hosts its fifth annual fundraising event, Work It with the YW! Community, Causes, and Conversations, on Thursday, August 4, from 6 – 8:30 p.m. The event is presented by Port Authority and will be held at LeMont Restaurant on Mt. Washington, 1114 Grandview Avenue.
“The YWCA Greater Pittsburgh’s Young Leaders Board is a dynamic group of young women who are committed to eliminating racism and empowering women by promoting and advancing the mission of the YWCA among our peers and networks,” said Andréa Stanford, President, YWCA Greater Pittsburgh Young Leaders Board. “We are excited to bring together young professionals and community partners for an evening of networking in support of the YW.”
Tickets at the Young Professional and General Admission rates are $55 and $80, respectively, and include delectable hors d’oeuvres, dinner, dessert and a drink ticket for a glass of wine, beer, or cocktail.
Guests will have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for the chance to win a glassmaking experience at the Pittsburgh Glass Center, Pirates tickets, an autographed baseball, wine and more.
