To think one would be shot helping a kid is UNFATHOMABLE #autism
People with autism do not process police cues in the same way that typical kids do. So to know that this gentleman was trying to help this young man process the situation and was still shot is just unacceptable.
There is not a person in America who sees this video of a man clearly complying and trying to advocate for that kid who should not be outraged. Everyone should be LIVID!! If you are not then you are part of the problem. We should all be calling for the firing of this police officer. No drawn out investigation. No code of silence. Wrong is wrong. Anyone who would just pull the trigger on this compliant man should not be on the Police Department. that’s not doing your job.I mean don’t they want us to respect and trust them? If so they need to hold themselves accountable for the bad apples that are on the force. Stop trying to protect them …weed them out and keep us safe.
