JUNE 12—Bishop Otis L. Carswell will celebrate his 60th birthday. Family, friends and colleagues will honor him in a special service at Potter’s House Ministries’ 10:30 a.m. morning service. The celebration will continue at 5:30 p.m. aboard the Gateway Clipper’s Three Rivers Queen. Bishop Loran E. Mann and First Lady Barbara Mann are among the 100+ guests who will be sailing the Three Rivers with Bishop Carswell.
