Police in North Carolina have issued a summons for a cast member of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” to appear and answer some serious questions about a bar brawl the other day.
Peter Thomas, Cynthia Bailey’s husband, alleged got involved in a bar brawl in his Charlotte sports bar, and law enforcement is requiring the presence of Thomas at the police station so he can explain himself, tmz.com reports.
Charlotte PD issued a criminal summons on Monday for the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star. As we first reported, Brandon Link claimed Peter attacked him during a business meeting at Sports One, which Peter and Cynthia Bailey own.
Link claims Thomas threw him into a table, causing his injury. The Jamaican native counters that Link was the belligerent one and injured himself by slipping on ice outside the bar. Link called the police, but they did not make an immediate arrest. However, the investigation is ongoing.
Thomas will be served the summons in the next few days.
