ATLANTA — The annual Steve Harvey “Ford Neighborhood Awards” has become such high-profile and powerful programming that studios and television stations send their biggest or newest stars out to maximize their marketing.
That is precisely why Michael Ealy and Sanna Lathan, the stars of the upcoming romantic thriller The Perfect Guy, were posted up strong on the blue carpet. Which is also why Omar Gooding and Angell Conwell were on the set cloaked in their glamorous wares in anticipation for season 3 of “Family Time” for Bounce TV, which is why the director Roger Bobb and Terri J. Vaughn were at the awards weekend to screen their TV One film sequel, Girlfriends Getaway 2.Â
