ATLANTA — The district attorney for Fulton County, Ga. is seriously contemplating charges against Bobbi Kristina Brown’s boyfriend Nick Gordon now that she has passed away six months after being found face-down in a bathtub full of water.
District Attorney Paul Howard is reported to be considering involuntary manslaughter charges against Bobbi Kristina’s adopted brother-turned-boyfriend, Gordon, law enforcement told tmz.com.

The problem is, as previously reported by the Atlanta Daily World, the autopsy reports did not reveal any significant injuries that could have contributed to Krissy’s death. So how would the Fulton DA tie Gordon to her death?

The authorities allege that Gordon was the one who went out and procured the illegal drugs for Bobbi Kris on the day she was found in the bathtub on Jan. 31. The officers also know that the couple did do drugs that fateful morning.

According to the entertainment blog, the police’s and prosecutor’s cases hinge on the third party who was in their suburban Atlanta home on Jan. 31, Max Lomas. He is allegedly being offered a deal to come clean about who got the drugs for Bobbi Kristina in exchange for “probation” and “immunity” from further prosecution and prison time.

If Lomas drops a dime on Gordon, then prosecutors may be able to hold Gordon responsible for knowingly and willingly supplying illicit narcotics to a known drug dependent, Bobbi Kristina, therefore contributing to the circumstances that eventually led to her death.
