NEIDEAS $100k Challenge- Deadline 11:59pm tonight!
In 2014, the New Economy Initiative (NEI) launched NEIdeas. Over 600 businesses in Detroit, Hamtramck and Highland Park applied. Of those applicants, more than 30 small businesses won cash awards totaling $500,000. Now, in 2015, NEI is doing it again with the $10k Challenge and $100k Challenge.
In two-hundred words or less, you provide the idea. We provide the money to make it happen.
Motor City Match-$500,000 in grants-Apps due July 1st
Motor City Match connects entrepreneurs and property owners that want to do something that matters. Like you, we aren’t waiting for opportunities, we’re creating them. In 2015, we’ll provide $500,000 each quarter in matching grants, plus small business and construction loans and support services to help you get open.
There’s also an RFQ for contractors ans technical assistance providers. Everything from plummers ansd contractors to lawyers and architects will be needed to help complete projects that arise out of Motor City Match.
