Mother’s Day Brunch
MAY 9—Mount Carmel Baptist Church, 90 Port Perry Rd., North Versailles, will host its Mother’s Day Brunch from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The guest preacher will be Minister Teresa Renee Hunt, the author of “Positioned to Be Found.” All are welcome.  There will also be a bookselling of Min. Women’s Conference
MAY 15—The Women’s Ministry of Bethlehem Baptist, 716 Walnut St., McKeesport, will host its Women’s Conference. The three-day event will include a Praise and Worship Night featuring Zanetta Wingfield and the Women’s Conference Choir on May 15 at 7 p.m.; a Conference Luncheon featuring Dr. Lisa Weah on May 16 at 11 a.m.; and a Worship Service on Mat 17 at 10:30 a.m., featuring Pastor Earlene Coleman. Health Fair/Blood Drive
MAY 16—Morningside COGIC, 5173 Dearborn St., Garfield, will host its Health Fair and Blood Drive from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. There will be vendors and speakers from the health industry on-hand to answer questions The Central Blood Bank will have their coach in the parking lot to take blood donations from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. For more information, call Margaret Young at 412-897-2268.

Networking Event
MAY 16—Rev. Dr. Joan Prentice and The Ephesus Project will host the Female Pastors and Associates Networking Event from 5-8 p.m. at Sandidge Photography Studio and Gallery, 5515 Penn Ave., East Liberty. This event is to gather female pastors and associates to form relationships that promote empowerment and support. Reservations are required. Church Anniversary
MAY 16—Carrone Baptist Church, 7119 Frankstown Ave., Homewood, will host its 130th Church Anniversary. The theme will be “Perseverance and Prayer.” The event will include an Anniversary Dinner on May 16 at the Doubletree Hotel by Hilton in Green Tree and a Church Service on May 17 a t 10:30 a.m. The speakers for the weekend will be Rev. Women’s Day
MAY 17—Antioch Baptist Church, 332 Elizabeth St., Sewickley, will host their Annual Women’s Day Celebration at 10:45 a.m. This year’s theme is “Women Determined to Get to Jesus.” The guest speaker will be Rev. Glenda Parker of Calvary Baptist Church in Wilkinsburg. The Girls of Praise and Women of Praise will bless individuals with praise dance performances. Annual May Celebration
MAY 17—The Presbyterian Women of Grace Memorial Presbyterian Church, 1000 Bryn Mawr Rd., Hill District, will host its Annual May Celebration at 11 a.m. The theme is “We Are All Baptized in the Holy Spirit.” The guest speaker will be Alicia George of WTAE-TV. Mime Concert
