The She Is Project rocks out with female entrepreneurs at LAUNCHED! 2015

LAUNCHED COVER PARTNERSThe She Is Project, a property of True Root Marketing, announces its 2nd annual women’s entrepreneur summit – LAUNCHED! 2015 – A Women’s Entrepreneur & Branding Summit, Friday-Saturday, April 3-4 at the historic Westin Book Cadillac and the spectacular Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History in Detroit. The She Is Project is a social and experiential organization that celebrates and educates multicultural female entrepreneurs.
With the help of partners such as The Coca-Cola Company, Black United Fund of Michigan, and the BUILD Institute, the event is a two-day experience that will prove to be both educational and great girl fun. “We’re a passion to action navigator. It’s live, mad fun, and crazy, positive, sisterly energy!”, says Founder, Carlotta Tutt Holloway. Guests will learn from, and get up close and personal with top nationally renowned female entrepreneurs, digital influencers, and branding experts such as energy entrepreneur Carla Walker-Miller, PR coach Pam Perry, and superstar tech and entertainment writer and blogger Christen Rochon of Divas and Dorks; and also participate in nonstop fun, interactive experiences.
Friday’s Girls Nite In event allows women to get up close and personal with their favorite experts in a private setting. Saturday’s larger summit is a fun-filled day where guests can participate in branding, social media, business and personal finances, and natural hair workshops, and hear dynamic TEDxstyle talks, plus gain insight during a panel discussion during the lively stage presentation. They’ll also take advantage of a robust resources lounge where they can participate in “office hours” with experts and organizations aimed at helping them launch or grow their businesses, enjoy food and drink bars, jam to a lively female DJ, shop in the Fem-preneur marketplace, participate in a natural hair meet-up, get makeovers in the beauty lounge, take professional headshots, take home premium gifts, and so much more.
More than 350 women are expected to attend the event. Tickets for this two-day affair are only $30 for Saturday and $65 for both Friday and Saturday, and can be purchased at https://www.launched2015.eventbrite.com.
