Star comedian Rodney Perry makes people’s guts sputter and cough like a broke-down hooptie stalling on the highway. He’s been making livers quiver well before he ripped the stage on the “Mo’Nique Show” on BET and he has a machine-gun quick wit that blows holes in people’s sensibilities.
On Tuesday, Perry will headline his very own one-hour special as the third installment of Bounce TV’s popular, family-friendly original comedy series Off The Chain which premieres on Tuesday, January 13 at 9/8pm (CT).
Perry’s uninterrupted upward trajectory in his career is resultant of him being a comedic salamander — he can go raw and profane or he can keep it light and family oriented. The star of “Madea’s Big Happy Family” has come with the real for many years.
