HBF-APU Awarded Three Food & Beverage Packages at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne Count Airport

IllyDuring Thursday, March 20, 2014 board meeting, the Wayne County Airport Authority votedĀ and awarded three (3) food and beverage packages (#2, #3 & #5) to Hojeij Branded Foods and its local Detroit joint venture partner, AP United LLC (Allen Pierce), from the recent Request for Proposals for McNamara Terminal Multi ā€“ Food & Beverage Concession Opportunities.

These packages consist of four (4) tableservice restaurants (P.F. Changā€™s, LongHorn Steakhouse, Gordon Biersch and Bigalora), five (5) quickservice restaurants (Chick-fil-A, Potbelly, Brueggerā€™s Bagels, Pinkberry and Plum Market serving Zingermanā€™s) and Illy Coffee & Fountain Bar which are expected to generate revenues of approximately $400M during the 10-12 year initial term.
