Nick Cannon went hard in the paint to land the coveted role of late, legendary comedian Richard Pryor in the Oprah Winfrey-produced biopic to be directed by acclaimed filmmaker Lee Daniels.
Cannon gave it a good ride, but Winfrey and Daniels decided on another comedian to portray the iconic laugh-producer:
His name is Mike Epps.
Oprah shared on social media that Epps was indeed the man for the job.
