Rihanna‘s animal instincts must have kicked in because she looks wild and sexy on W Magazine‘s September cover.
She rocked a Donna Karan New York dress, Ashley Lloyd headdress, Amrapali ruby and diamond ear cuffs for the September issue.
Also, she wore a Meadowlark septum ring and a Stephen Dweck sterling silver and pyrite necklace. And let’s not forget the huge amount of face makeup.
“Rihanna came [to the shoot] with her own mental mood board, channeling the power of Grace Jones and the sophistication of Josephine Baker,” editor-in-chief Stefano Tonchi wrote.
No matter what folks think of her fashions, she proved to the world again she is a style icon and quite a wild one at that.
Inside the magazine, she was tamed while posing next to supermodels Naomi Campbell, Iman and Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing.
As apparent above, she definitely held her own next to the supermodels.
