Another year to give special appreciation to the seniors of Second Baptist Church of Homestead.
On June 28 on the behest of Rev. Donald Turner, pastor of Second Baptist Church, and with the diligent and patient help of Diane Foy and the friendly kitchen staff, once again joy and blessings were given to the seniors of the Homestead church at the 2014 Senior Luncheon.

Those who attended were treated to spiritual entertainment by The Touch of Wisdom Mime Ministry, Sister Mary Jenkins and Dolly Panfill through spoken word and dramatic dance after lunch. Many thanks were given to those who made it possible, with a special presentation to Ralphina Coleman, who was the founder of the Senior Luncheon many years ago. To end the day, a fun filled flea market give away of various household items to help around the house was held for the seniors.
