Four New Jersey teens have been arrested and given bond of more than $150,000 bond for filming themselves gang-raping a girl who was so drunk that she has no recollection of the sexual assault.
Eighteen-year-olds Craig Howe, Justin Draper and Ashari Wilson, all from Elmwood Park, N.J. were actually dumb enough to record the rape of the unidentified, unconscious female, “filming themselves sexually assaulting a heavily intoxicated girl, 15, who was then dumped on her parent’s front lawn,” the DailyOnline reports.
The boys may have gotten away with the horrendous crime because the only evidence is the smartphone recording of the sexual assault which took place on June 21 at Wilson’s house party.
Police have not revealed how they came to discover the existence of the video proving the rape.
When the perpetrators were finished with the girl, they callously disposed of the unconscious female on their parents’ front lawn, who later discovered that their daughter had a blood alcohol level more than three times the adult legal limit at .27.
In the illicit film, Draper and Howe are shown penetrating the unconscious drunk girl while Wilson held the camera. The three have been charged with one count of aggravated sexual assault. Wilson faces charges of manufacturing child pornography, endangering the welfare of a minor, hindering apprehension, invasion of privacy, and possession of child pornography. His bond at the Bergen County Jail is set at $200,000.
The unidentified 17-year-old was charged as a juvenile with aggravated sexual assault, assault on a police officer and resisting arrest.
