Venus Williams was always the pioneer of the Williams sisters’ illustrious careers in professional tennis.
But when it came to stripping down into their birthday suits for ESPN’s The Body Issue, younger sister Serena Williams was the first to take that plunge.
It’s been announced officially that the legendary and lithe Venus is going completely nude for this year’s “Body Issue” in ESPN The Magazine. The five-time Wimbledon champion and 2013 Wimbledon quarterfinalist Tomas Berdych will be featured.
In addition to stripping down for the issue, Venus details her ongoing battle with Sjogren’s syndrome, an autoimmune disorder that threatened her quality of life, much less her career.
