The celebration will have a Caribbean flavor in fare, music and décor, a nod to Ellis Infinity CEO Nailah Ellis-Brown’s Jamaican heritage and a tribute to the man who created the recipe for her hibiscus tea, Nailah’s great grandfather. Craft cocktails created by bartenders from Centaur will carry Detroit-themed monikers and contain Ellis Island Tea.
