South Atlanta to add 1,000 jobs

The Georgia governor’s office is expected on Monday afternoon to announce the addition of large number of jobs in Clayton County, Ga., a south side suburb of Atlanta.
The company is hiring is reportedly called Chime Solutions. Chime is an outsourced human resources company and staffing firm. The company also runs call centers. The deal is expected to bring 1,000 or more jobs to north Clayton County.
Officials in the know were not able to provide the types of positions, nor the compensation package.
However, Gov. Nathan Deal has scheduled a press conference at 3:30 p.m. at the state Capitol to provide details on the deal.
Chime is owned by Shelly Wilson since 2011. She is co-founder of Kennesaw-based Ryla Teleservices, which was acquired by acquired by a California firm in 2010.
