Universal Pictures presents a comedic feature film “Neighbors,” a hilarious look at community living starring MTV Award winner Zac Efron (Lucky One), Seth Rogen (Freaks and Geeks), and Emmy/Golden Globe nominated Rose Byrne (“Damages”). The Rated R film is directed by Nick Stoller.
The comedy follows the “relationship” of two neighbors – a couple with baby and a college sorority frat house. There is no surprise that the battle is on after the first frat party. Written by Andrew J. Cohen and Brendan O’Brian, Neighbors also stars Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Dave Franco, Halston Sage, Hannibal Buress, Carla Gallo, Lisa Kudrow, and Ike Barinholtz.
The couple tries first being polite by attending one of the parties before asking them to tune the music down because of the baby. When that doesn’t work they call the police, which to frat house leader (Efron) that means war.
Neighbors is a Point Grey Pictures and Good Universe production. The soundtrack is produced by Michael Andrews, and features material from Missy Elliot, Flo Rida, Nappy Roots, and Fergie.
