The 2013 BB Icon Award honorees represent the best and brightest in African American beauty, fashion and entertainment. This year's honorees include:

Dwight Eubanks– Legend Award for Hair Artistry

Merrell Hollis – Rising Icon, Makeup
Shirley Gordon – Trailblazer, Hair
Linda Stokes – Trailblazer, Fashion Design
Too Groovy Hair Salon – Salon of the Year
The ticketed event will feature "Evolution of Style" vignettes with models donning iconic hairstyles, make-up and fashion from the 60's through today. "These special vignettes will represent each of the six decades in which Bronner Bros. has been in business," said Gerald Render, vice president of marketing, Bronner Bros. "The presentation will also visually remind us of the power and influence that beauty and fashion industry professionals hold, particularly African Americans."
