Winston was dealing with serious off-the-field drama until a few weeks ago. A woman claimed the quarterback sexually assaulted her in December 2012, but the Florida State Attorney refused to file charges, saying there was not enough evidence to get a conviction.  The woman’s attorney Patricia Carroll  is asking for an independent review, stating, “I don’t have any faith in the nature of the investigation.”
