The Fulton County Arts and Culture Department manages and implements the Contracts for Services program on behalf of Fulton County Government. The program supports a variety of arts and culture programs and is projected to serve more than 4 million individuals in all areas of the County, insuring the availability of quality art programs for Fulton County residents.

Each organization’s applications and support materials are submitted and reviewed by Fulton County Arts & Culture staff and a citizen panel, then approved by the Fulton County Arts Council. Applicants recommended for funding are then submitted to the Board of Commissioners for final approval.

Additionally, thanks to the Contracts for Services program, Fulton County Arts & Culture leverages additional private, corporate and foundation support, further ensuring a healthy and vibrant arts and cultural infrastructure in the County.
