Dominique Wilkins Returns for Sixth Season at SportSouth as Analyst For Atlanta Hawks

SportSouth recently announced the network will televise 75 Atlanta Hawks games throughout the 2013-14 season, featuring former Atlanta Hawks star and Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Famer Dominique Wilkins returning for his sixth season as the Hawks game analyst.

Veteran play-by-play announcer Bob Rathbun is also returning and will be entering his 18th season as the voice of the Hawks. NBA reporter Andre Aldridge will once again provide analysis and insights from the sidelines.

Surrounding every game telecast, SportSouth will provide viewers with “Hawks LIVE” pregame and postgame coverage, featuring interviews with players and coaches, game highlights from around the NBA, and a look at the next opponent on the Hawks’ schedule. Jerome Jurenovich will host “Hawks LIVE” segment alongside analyst Mike “Stinger” Glenn, with reports coming from Aldridge.

The Hawks will tip off their 2013-14 campaign on Wednesday, Oct. 30 at Dallas, with coverage beginning at 8 p.m. (ET). The team returns to Atlanta’s Philips Arena for the home opener on Friday, Nov. 1 against Toronto at 7 p.m.
