Housewives Star Kenya Moore Sues Back

The reportedly evicted Kenya Moore, of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” fame, has countersued her landlord, Conya Weems-Dillon, for wrongful eviction, slander and emotional distress in Fulton County civil court, TMZ reports.

According to the website, Moore claims she paid May and June rent and is emotionally distressed that her landlord comes into the house whenever she wants.

The lawsuit comes after Weems filed an eviction notice against Moore last week for failing to pay all of May’s rent and going against several terms of her lease agreement. The reality star was allegedly short $848 from her $3,999 rent.

Moore has been renting a six-bedroom, six-bathroom home from Weems, which real estate website Trulia estimates to be worth $937,000.
