The infamous Kenya Moore of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” has found herself in a potentially homeless situation. If an agreement with her landlord is not reached by Friday, her six-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion might no longer house the sashes, trophies and trinkets of the former Miss USA, according to Realty Tea.
Fulton County court documents claim Moore’s landlord, Conya Weems never received $848 of her $3,999 rent in May and is now suing Moore for $2,500 in eviction fees and damages in addition to June’s rent.
According to RadarOnline sources, this is not the first time Moore has started the eviction process. She avoided filing and getting negative media attention previously by paying all fees.
The Roswell home is presented nicely on the show but according to the previous sources, neighbors have complained that Moore has failed to keep up the property, including pool and yard maintenance.
The 42-year-old reality star allegedly received a notice on her door from the sheriff’s department last Thursday but hasn’t been home yet to see it.
