Radric Davis, also known as rapper Gucci Mane, was indicted Tuesday on one count of aggravated assault.
Davis’ charge follows after an incident in March at Harlem Nights on Courtland St., where he is alleged to have hit a soldier in the head with a champagne bottle.
According to WSB, the soldier was hit while requesting to take a picture with the rap artist.
“I’m in the military. I wanted to get a picture with Gucci Mane, is it OK?” the soldier said to a security guard.
The soldier was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital after the altercation where he received 10 stitches.
