Michiganders will soon have one more way to satisfy their sweet tooth.
Bloomfield-based Taubman Centers, Inc. has announced that the Cheesecake Factory will open its doors at Twelve Oaks Mall later on this year. With locations in over half of the states across the country, it will be the first time the eatery comes to the Metro-Detroit area.
The opening is a homecoming venture for the company’s owner who grew up in Detroit. David Overton, founder and CEO, expanded his parent’s cheesecake business of the 1950s into a household name. The venture that can call Michigan home will soon be returning to its roots.
Whatever your taste, the Cheesecake Factory has something for everyone.
The full-service restaurant, bakery, and bar more than lives up to its name with an offering of over 50 cheesecakes and desserts. A menu with more than 250 selections is sure to satisfy your cravings and leave your stomach full and satisfied. Even the restaurant’s bar is varied with its flavored coffee drinks and handcrafted cocktails. Add in the lavish decor and the high energy atmosphere, and you’re sure to have a enjoyable tummy rubbing time.
The Cheesecake Factory’s opening in one of the local community’s most premiere hot spots is sure to bring in good business. Whether near or far, residents will undoubtedly flock one of the area’s deliciously delectable firsts.
