Snoop Dogg, now Snoop Lion, has once again found himself at odds with the federal government. In 2008, the IRS claimed that the legendary hip-hop artist owed $476,000 in unpaid taxes, but the matter was resolved quickly and soon after the tax docs were filed Snoop paid up. But it looks like history repeats itself.

TMZ let loose on Snoop Dogg, reporting the government has now “filed a federal lien” against the West Coast rapper. The IRS’ claims Snoop, properly referred to as Cordozar Broadus in the suit, owes $546,270.29 in unpaid taxes dating back to 2009. The documents filed state Snoop Dogg “owes for two separate year, 2009 ($101,952.44) and 2011 ($444,317.85).”

While there has been no comment made on Snoop’s behalf, the documents filed against the rapper can be seen here.
