NFL Stars Assemble at Gold Room for Friday Night Super Bowl Weekend Kickoff

Friday night at the Gold Room signified the official kickoff for the Super Bowl Weekend in Atlanta with Benny and DreamTeam Entertainment presenting “The NFL Takeover.”

The party was hosted by an array of today’s rising NFL stars including Phil Wheeler, linebacker for the Oakland Raiders, Brandon Boykins, cornerback for the Philadelphia Eagles, Marcus McNeill, formerly of the San Diego Chargers and Dominique Davis, the Atlanta Falcons rookie quarterback.

Gold Room is a recently revamped nightclub and lounge. Formerly the notorious Gold Club, Gold Room now features a sophisticated ambience, champagne bar with a signature cocktail menu and impressive local DJ lineup for weekend events.

The club opened its door at 10pm, allowing free entry until midnight with the proper RSVP. Like any party, the club started slow with four separate VIP areas empty until the players made their way in around 1am.

Bulgarian beauty Petya, as well as other video vixens sashayed into the venue as the night continued, coining the term “Models & Bottles” for the evening by party promoters.

By 2am, the dance floor was packed with all the NFL players and models mingling with the general crowd, except Dominique Davis, who could be seen in a separate VIP booth with his entourage dancing and even receiving massages throughout the evening.

With lights reflecting the center disco ball at full throttle, the mixed grown and sexy crowd of grown folks spent the night dancing to a three DJ rotation with mixes by DJ AG, DJ Trauma of V-103, and T-12 Entertainment CEO DJ Bruckup of Streetz 94.5 until the club’s closing at 3am.
