Allen Iverson and his wife, Tawanna, are at it again in divorce court, but this time with a third party involved. The former NBA great has filed a motion asking for the disqualification of the judge from the case.

According to TMZ, Iverson claims that the judge has accepted campaign donations from his estranged wife’s attorney. He alleges that the judge has a reputation of making biased decisions for contributors.

Iverson’s lawyer in the case is the same attorney who represented R&B singer Usher’s wife, Tameka Raymond, in the couple’s child custody battle. The judge from Usher’s case is also ruling on Iverson’s and the former NBA star was none too pleased.

Iverson said the judge’s decision to strip Raymond of all her custodial rights was a biased decision and he refuses to be treated in the same dishonest manner. The judge claims Iverson does not have enough evidence to force the recusal.

Allen Iverson and Tawanna were married for eight years before filing for divorce in 2009. The couple have five children together.
