A real estate study of markets in Georgia and found that College Park topped the list as the most affordable market, where a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home costs an average of $62,080, while Dunwoody was ranked as the most expensive market where the same-sized property costs an average of $339,835.
Coldwell Banker Real Estate recently released its 2012 Home Listing Report (HLR), which compares the average home listing price of more than 72,000 four-bedroom, two-bathroom properties listed on coldwellbanker.com between January 2012 and June 2012.
Georgia ranked third in most affordable state in the U.S. with an average housing price of $169,625.
