Shaquille O’Neal, the former all-star NBA center and current analyst for TNT’s “Inside the NBA,” which is taped in Atlanta, will be bringing some big names from the world of comedy to the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre for his “All Star Comedy Jam” on Dec. 31.

The show will cover 30 different markets across the country and has been on its way to Atlanta since debuting in Los Angeles after NBA All-Star Weekend 2012. The showcase is built in the mold of tours and brands like “The Original Kings of Comedy” and “Def Comedy Jam.”

In addition to comedy, the show also features music from DJ Spinderella, best known for her days with the all-female rap group Salt N Pepa.

The tour line-up of comedians includes tour host Gary Owen, fresh off his co-starring role in the blockbuster hit “Think Like A Man” as well as Capone, known as “The Gansta of Comedy,” Tony Roberts, and “Saturday Night Live” alum Finesse Mitchell.

It all gets started at 8 p.m. at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, 2800 Cobb Galleria Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339. The show is presented in partnership with AEG and C by Courvoisier.
