Atlanta will soon be the new home of Streamline Health Solutions, a company that specializes in document management for hospitals and other health care clients. The company made the announcement that it will make the move from its headquarters from Cincinnati to Atlanta on Tuesday.
Streamline employs about 115 workers and last year the company counted revenues of $17.1 million. The company said Tuesday it will continue to maintain offices in Cincinnati as well as in New York City..
Streamline’s shareholders approved the move at a special meeting in October where it approved converting debt into preferred stock for new investors who had recently injected $12 million into the company.
Those investors included Noro-Moseley Partners, an Atlanta-based venture capital firm. The shareholder vote was held in Atlanta.
“The selection of Atlanta as our corporate headquarters will help strengthen our ability to drive future growth, hire talented associates and deliver value to our clients and shareholders,” said Robert E. Watson, president and chief executive officer of Streamline Health, in a statement.
