Police have arrested a man they believe carried out a shooting at a busy Atlanta intersection in broad daylight in October.

Atlanta Police said Shaheed Huff, a 30-year-old man who lived in Lithonia, was arrested and taken to the DeKalb County Jail. He was charged with Felony Murder and Aggravated Assault with a Weapon in the killing of Graham Sisk.

Police said detectives issued arrest warrants for Huff on Nov.16.

The shooting occurred in the middle of the day at the busy intersection of Ponce de Leon and Moreland Rd. At the time, investigators said Sisk was driving a white Mazda and was gunned down after an altercation with at least two other drivers.

Other witnesses reported seeing two men get out and start shooting inside Sisk’s vehicle before speeding away.

According to authorities, 10 shell casings were collected at the scene.

“We’ve got information that the incident may have started several miles down the road,” said Atlanta Police Lt. Paul Guerrucci. “Multiple shots fired and that is of concern to us, that’s why we don’t want to speculate on motive right now.”

The intersection of Ponce de Leon and Moreland was blocked to local traffic for hours after the shooting.

Crime Stoppers offered a reward up to a $2,000 for information in the case.

A 30-year-old man named Shaheed Huff was arrested in 2006 and found not guilty of conspiracy to traffic in cocaine, according to the “Noteworthy Results” section of the website for Atlanta lawfirm Atkins & Fife.
