The Atlanta Hawks recently announced the team’s seven-game preseason schedule, tipping off on Sun., October 7 with a home matchup against the current NBA champions, the Miami Heat. Game time for the preseason opener is set for 2 p.m.
Following the Miami contest, the Hawks will travel for three straight games, starting on Weds., October 10 to San Antonio (Spurs), before moving on to Memphis (Grizzlies) on Sun., October 14 and Indiana (Pacers) on Tues., October 16.
Atlanta returns to Philips Arena on Thurs., October 18 to host the New Orleans Hornets at 7:30 p.m., and wraps up their home preseason schedule two nights later on Sat., October 20 against the Dallas Mavericks at 7 p.m. The Hawks’ preseason play concludes on Fri., October 26 when they journey to Auburn Hills, Michigan to play the Detroit Pistons.
