Rev. Dr. Albert D. Mosley Becomes New President Of Gammon Theological Seminary

The Rev. Dr. Albert D. Mosley will officially become the 15th president/dean of Gammon Theological Seminary when he is inaugurated to lead this school of religion in the Atlanta University Center. The inaugural service will take place at Cascade United Methodist Church, 3144 Cascade Road, S.W., at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 18.

Additional activities celebrating the 128th Founder’s Day of Gammon will also take place on Oct. 18 and 19.  These events include Thirkield-Jones Lectures in Everett Chapel at Gammon Hall; the Inaugural Gala held on Oct. 18, at 7 p.m. at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis; closing worship services including the presentation of the Distinguished Alumni Award at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19, also in Gammon Hall, Everett Chapel; and finally, the Alumni Luncheon will be at Central United Methodist Church, 503 Mitchell Street, S.W. on Oct. 19 at 12:30 p.m.
