Brooks To Receive Public Service Award

The Georgia Association of Democratic County Chairs (GADCC)  will honor Rep. Tyrone Brooks with their 30th annual Public Service Award.

“Representative Brooks deserves this award for his 31 years of public service while battling for justice and equality for all,” said Dr. Lowell Greenbaum, president of the GADCC.

Brooks represents Fulton and Douglas counties in the 63rd District of Georgia while also serving as the president of the Georgia Association of Black Elected Officials. “He has served this community with distinction,” said Greenbaum.

The GADCC will present the award on Sept. 17 at the GADCC Dinner to be held in Dublin at the DuBose Porter Center.
