Regina Carter, who embraces the music of the African Diaspora,  is a five-foot-tall musician who was voted the world’s greatest jazz violinist by Down Beat magazine’s critics’ poll four years in a row.     In 2006, Carter performed on Eddie Palmieri’s Grammy winning Concord release, “Listen Here.” The Culture of Fusion connects Miles Davis with the up and coming “Lions of Jazz Fusion.”

C. Scott has performed with acclaimed jazz musicians  Stefon Harris, vibist,  and saxophonist David Sánchez, to create a distinctly unique collection of songs. “Ninety Miles,” recorded over the span of a week in Havana, Cuba, is a true Cuban American musical collaboration that defies political borders. The CD will drop this summer by Concord Jazz. Scott has performed with bassist Marcus Miller on the “TuTu” tour, on the 25th anniversary of the recording by Miles Davis, at the 2010 Atlanta Jazz Festival.
